All RESIDENTS, be prepared for our next MAJOR repair job!!! After full roof inspections because of the recent big hailstorms, our insurance company will be replacing almost every roof in the Three Fountains project. Yes, it will cause some inconvenience to all of us, but it will be a HUGE benefit, in the long run. As we receive the schedule from the roofer, we will let you know what building is next. When your building is worked on, prepare to keep the garage areas (and sometimes the parking areas) clear for the trucks and roofers from 8 am to 8 pm. The supplies are being delivered daily, but they probably won’t start actual tearing out until Monday. As far as I know, they will start on the Townhouses on 16th, and work their way down the street until they get to the shop & compound. The Clubhouse, shop, and shed in the compound will be last.
Be prepared, and please don’t complain about a little inconvenience!
