All RESIDENTS, be prepared for our next MAJOR repair job!!!  After full roof inspections because of the recent big hailstorms, our insurance company will be replacing almost every roof in the Three Fountains project.  Yes, it will cause some inconvenience to all of us, but it will be a HUGE benefit, in the long run.
