Winterization

• Preparations for cold weather should take place prior to November 1st.
• Remove hoses from outside faucets to prevent freezing damage.
• Residents leaving for the winter should make arrangements to have their units checked periodically throughout the season.
• Utility rooms in the Executive and Pine units MUST BE HEATED TO AT LEAST 55 DEGREES to prevent damage to water heaters and softeners.
• Each owner must ensure fireplace chimneys are professionally inspected and cleaned prior to using each year.
