Though Monday January 20th is a Federal holiday, garbage collection will be on the usual day (early Tuesday morning).

Parking Restrictions
The Fire Marshall has advised us that no vehicles should be parked within 15 feet of any of the fire hydrants in the Three Fountains project. Additionally, no vehicles shall block any alley entrances or garage doors.

Please make sure that you follow the recorded Covenants of our Three Fountains Owners’ Association and our Community Rules. You should have received a copy of both documents when you purchased the condo, but they are also here on our website.

URGENT!!!
All RESIDENTS, be prepared for our next MAJOR repair job!!! After full roof inspections because of the recent big hailstorms, our insurance company will be replacing almost every roof in the Three Fountains project. Yes, it will cause some inconvenience to all of us, but it will be a HUGE benefit, in the long run.

When using OUR pool (we all own it, you should realize), clean up after yourselves! Move tables back where they belong, push chairs in, pick up your garbage, and MOST importantly close the umbrellas and tie them down. All of the umbrellas got left open last night, and one broke off.
