Dues, Fees, and Delinquencies
There are several residents that are not keeping current on their homeowner’s dues. Liens will be placed on any condo over 2 months past due. If the arrears are not brought up to date within a reasonable time, we will have to take the issue to the small claims court to get the dues. The
