There have been a number of complaints regarding dog owners not keeping their dogs on leashes, and not cleaning up after their dogs.
Three Fountains Board would like to remind pet owners that Bonneville County has a leash law. This means you can not take your dog off its leash anywhere that is not the dog park over by Snake River Animal Shelter. Everywhere else mandates a leash. Dogs must also be licensed and collared.
The Board is working on changes to our covenants which will include monetary penalties for violations like this.
