Three Fountains Owner Assessments for each unit are always due on the 1st of every month. Based on the size of your unit, the amounts due are as follows:
Pines — $95
Executive — $105
Townhouse — $145
Cameo — $165
Manor — $185
Assessments must not get over 60 days delinquent, without the Association filing a lien on the condo & owner(s). Until that point, late fees and interest will accrue. Additionally all recording, collection & attorney costs will be added to your bill. Pool & Clubhouse use will be denied to owners will delinquent assessments. Be a smart owner, and pay your assessments on time, preferably by BillPay or Automatic Bank Deduction!
