Three Fountains driveways and parking areas on the north end of the complex will be getting pavement cracks sealed on Sunday, October 13th , between 10:00am and 3:00pm. This will affect condos in buildings E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4, E-5 and E-9, E-10.
Large trucks, workers, and heavy equipment will be working on the driveway access to your garages and the parking lots. All of the vehicles parked in these lots need to be moved by 10am Sunday morning.
Vehicles will also need to be left out of garages if you intend to use them during that period. We suggest you leave cars in garages, or park on south entrance of Three Fountains Dr. or in the pool area, or in the church parking lot beginning on Sunday morning until the crews have finished. Once the crews have sealed the cracks and allowed 1 hour to dry in any given lot, they can be driven on without issue.
