POOL! WHOOPIE!!!

The swimming pool will be opened around the end of May, depending on weather. If you don’t have a pool pass, please contact Sybil Leatham (208.525.8025). If you are behind in your payments/dues, your swimming pool pass will be deactivated. Likewise if back dues are owed, you cannot schedule events in the clubhouse.

A quick reminder on pool rules:

  • There is a sign outside the club house that designates whether the pool is open or closed for the day. Occasionally the pool will need to be closed for maintenance issues, so check the sign before trying to enter.
  • Owners or their guests may use the swimming pool. The owners and their guests must abide by the rules posted in the pool area and other specific rules outlined in this document.
  • An adult resident must accompany invited guests. (Invited guests are individuals that are not current residents.)
  • Each owner and guest must sign in giving correct requested information. Entrance will be denied if the information is not correct or cannot be verified.
  • In order to maintain the privacy and safety of our pool, the gate must remain locked at all times.
  • Swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear. No cutoff jeans or street clothes allowed.
  • Children four years of age and under are required to wear appropriate swim diapers such as “Huggies Little Swimmers.”
  • There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at the pool. Therefore, swimming is always done at your own risk.
  • State law required that persons under fourteen years of age must be accompanied by a RESPONSIBLE adult over the age of eighteen.
  • Only 35 people are allowed in the pool at any one time.
  • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted in the pool area.
  • No glassware or bottles allowed in the pool area.
  • Food and drinks must be kept at least eight feet from the pool.
