There are several residents that are not keeping current on their homeowner’s dues. Liens will be placed on any condo over 2 months past due. If the arrears are not brought up to date within a reasonable time, we will have to take the issue to the small claims court to get the dues. The maintenance costs here require everyone’s participation in keeping the Three Fountains complex looking nice and a pleasant place to live.
